Serious fault reports, (such as the breaching of malfunction values or repeated alarms) can only be overridden by means of an additional key switch. In combination with the safety casing, the system satisfies all working safety requirements. The safety door of the housing, which is monitored by a safety switch, can be can be unlocked and opened by a key switch. Consequently, the system functioning can be controlled during set-up and maintenance operations or heat seal head replacement can be carried out.
